Do the code, models, and data remain my property?
Yes, always. The code is your property and is delivered to your GitHub repository. Deployment takes place on your cloud accounts (AWS, Cloudflare, Supabase, Vercel). Data is processed in compliance with GDPR, with EU deployment available, and no training of third-party models on sensitive data without your explicit consent. Zero vendor lock-in.
What do I need to provide to start an AI project?
To get started, only three things are needed: a 30–60 minute discovery call, read-only access to the systems to be integrated, and real examples of the problem (tickets, documents, current workflows). No 40-page briefs or endless specifications: we start with a concrete case and iterate together within your real process.
Do you work alone or with a team of developers?
For over 5 years, I've personally brought AI and web projects into production, serving as the sole technical point of contact. For enterprise projects, I rely on a trusted network of specialists (design, mobile, data engineering) whom I coordinate myself. You always have a single point of contact, no opaque subcontractor chains, and no diffused responsibility.
What happens after go-live: is there support and maintenance?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support to fine-tune anything that only emerges in production. A monthly maintenance contract is available upon request, covering monitoring, model updates for new releases, development of new features, and continuous optimization of AI infrastructure token costs.
