   We map the process, data and existing systems. We define what the agent must do, what it must NOT do and on which metrics to judge success.

   Prototype (1-2 weeks)

   I build a working agent on the main use case. We test it on your real data and gather feedback from the operational team.

   Hardening & integrations (2-3 weeks)

   We integrate with the ERP, add logging, error handling, permissions, audit logs. Setup deployment and monitoring.

   Gradual rollout

   We go live on a subset (e.g. one BU or one request type), measure, expand. No big-bang.

   Optional maintenance

   I maintain the system on a monthly retainer, or your team takes over (I deliver documentation and training).
