This Cookie Policy describes the types of cookies used by the site and how users can manage them, in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Authority's order of 10 June 2021 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's terminal, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. They can be used for various purposes: IT authentication, preference storage, navigation tracking, user profiling.

2. Cookies used by this site

This site uses technical storage for its operation and preferences, plus Google Ads measurement according to the choices described below.

• cookie-consent (localStorage): stores the user's choice regarding the cookie banner. ds_ad_consent_record stores a random browser identifier, choice, time, region and notice version, preserving earlier acceptance evidence after withdrawal. These records remain in your browser until manually deleted.

3. Profiling and third-party cookies

Google Ads receives technical browsing data, visited pages, advertising identifiers and completed actions (requests, contact unlocking and bookings) to measure and improve ads. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers for advertising matching or enable advertising personalization. Google may use _gcl_* cookies under its settings. When permitted, visit attribution is stored as ds_attribution for up to 90 days and linked to the request.

In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada (because Québec cannot be distinguished), or when location is unknown, Google is blocked until acceptance. Elsewhere measurement is enabled unless you refuse. Refusal blocks events, including cookieless transmission; previously blocked events are not replayed. See Google's privacy information.

4. How to manage cookies

You can reopen preferences and refuse at any time. Withdrawal stops new advertising events, removes local attribution and advertising cookies accessible to this site, and applies to other open tabs. It does not delete data already received by Google. Forms and booking remain available without advertising consent.

Users can manage their cookie preferences directly from their browser and prevent — for example — third parties from installing them. Browser preferences also allow deleting cookies installed in the past.
