These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services offered by FastSchool S.R.L. (VAT 02173860764), in the person of Davide Stigliani, based in Tolve (PZ), Italy (hereinafter "the Owner").
The Owner offers full-stack software development services, design and implementation of AI agents and automation, LLM integration and technical consulting for SMBs and founders. Details and commercial terms of each project are governed by a separate agreement between the parties.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the Court of Potenza shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction provided by law to protect consumers.
